When: My working hours are fairly flexible over weekdays and weekends. I start in the morning any time after 11am and finish my last session by 8pm.
My schedule varies each week and although last minute bookings may be available it is always better to book in advance to ensure a time that is convenient for you.
Please arrive on time for your massage. If you think you will be either early or late please let me know as soon as you can. If you are late I will try to give you a full session if I have the time and space but cannot guarantee this and will expect payment for the full time booked. If you are likely to arrive early please call to see if I am available beforehand as I do not have a waiting area and may still be busy with a previous client, preparing for your session or having a necessary break.
Where:
Finchley Central : My main workspace is in a bright warm room in a residential home. There are no shower facilities available. It is around 10 minutes walk away from Finchley Central tube or there is free parking in the street. I also work in a
treatment room in a health food store on Ballards Lane. Shower facilities are not available here either. The room is only 5 minutes walk from Finchley Central tube. Paid parking outside is only up to 2 hours, partially restricted parking is available in local streets, longer term and free parking can be found in residential streets around 10 minutes walk away.
Your Home or Hotel: Massages can be offered as a mobile service where I visit you in your home or hotel throughout London. As I do not have a car this is not the way I generally work and there is an extra charge to cover my travel time and taxi costs which can be significant, depending on distance.
Your Retreat: If you would like a deeper experience of relaxation and perhaps to spend some time exploring other aspects of your health and well being you can book me for a longer retreat.
A daily massage plus personal yoga instruction and nutritional coaching allow us to explore in more depth how you could be creating more vibrant health in your life. Combining this experience with visiting a beautiful natural environment can enhance the effects. I am happy to travel with enough notice and all expenses met by you in addition to my fees. Contact me to discuss your needs and we can tailor a program specifically for you.
