Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage 
is performed on a futon mat on the floor through the clothing. A combination of deep acupressure massage and stretching reduces tension, boosts energy flow and enhances flexibility. Your muscles will be kneaded and stretched, your joints mobilised and your energy flow restored. As much as possible you can remain passive through this process releasing control and allowing me to move your limbs for you without helping - which can take some time to learn!
Whilst Thai therapists are traditionally very firm, I tend to work to your comfort levels and always welcome your feedback. The effect tends to be very deep, even if the pressure is not as the treatment is working on an energetic system similar to that of acupuncture.

This is a wonderful treatment for releasing long held tensions and restrictions allowing the body to move with greater ease. It is also great for learning to relinquish control of the body and relax totally. Perfect for any control freaks out there. It is also great for allowing the mind to switch off and drift, being a deeply meditative treatment. It can even produce an altered state of consciousness! And as it is working the energetic system of the body it can have an affect on all areas of wellbeing.
Sessions last 90 to 180 minutes.

I am glad to tell you, that the shoulder problem has got much better. I can lift my arm without pain, which I couldn’t and it feels almost normal.
The second thing I experienced was very strange: I got a long lasting diarrhoea which began on Tuesday morning. I thought it was a food poisoning, but it rather felt as if my whole system was cleaned and I didn’t feel weak or sick. I also went to work all the same. And I got the idea, that the massage might have brought things into a flow and old things were coming out.
Anyway, I think I shall take more sessions.
